The husband and wife team of Craig and Ann George apply over 25 years of management and executive experience in the hospitality/service industry to their estate liquidation business.
Based on the Space Coast of central Florida, GCB conducts on-site estate sales at private residences, offers high-end quality consignments at our Gallery in the Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD) of Melbourne, Florida, and now conducts our own auctions on LiveAuctioneers to reach a broader audience of shoppers to access our clients treasures.

Navigating auction houses as a dealer yourself can be difficult, this transaction was as smooth as they ever are. Great items, responsive, item quality matched the details provided, in-house shipping MAJOR points for this as we move towards avoiding third party for small goods. Arrived well packed. GCB Estate Sales is a FANTASTIC Auction House!
I have had the chance to bid on two separate auctions from GCB and have met Ann and Craig in person. They are such wonderful people! My transactions were flawless during pick up and they even sell things in house so I left with many more items both times I picked up! They also own a cute little store near downtown Melbourne and I also bought some items from there when I stopped through on a different occasion. Just a note, their warehouse is in a different part of town, but I highly recommend stopping by their shop as well. There was 2 very friendly women working there and they made it a pleasant experience to shop! I was able to add to my antique book collection since they also had a fantastic sale off of their books! Thank you again Ann and Craig! Can't wait for future auctions! God bless you both!
